What does this season hold for Blackburn Rovers and Paul Ince?

Amro Hasan asked the question on the lips of all Blackburn fans: will Paul Ince's revolution prove good for Blackburn? Or will blackburn and Ince be left scratching their heads?
Since the departure of Mark Hughes and the appointment of Paul Ince as Blackburn manager, the former MK Dons boss has made few changes which promise that his era at Ewood Park will be different from his predecessor's, but will it be a better or worse era?
Ince sold both legendary keeper Brad Friedel and England's future right wing David Bentley to Aston Villa and Tottenham respectively. Alongside Santa Cruz the duo played the bigger part in securing seventh position finish for Blackburn last season, the Rovers' faithful were always counting on them in lifting the team, especially with the loss of form of Morten Gamst Pedersen and Benni McCarthy.
As if these departures where not enough, now Stephen Warnock has handed in a transfer request.
Offloading two players can be accepted in a club like Manchester United or Arsenal, but we all know that Rovers cant afford replacing Friedel and Bentley easily. Ince has already signed former England keeper Paul Robinson as Friedel's replacement. Young right back Danny Simpson was brought on loan from United, Chilean playmaker Carlos Villanueva also joined the club on a one-year loan deal and 33-year-old striker Robbie Fowler will be offered a contract at the club. However, none of these signings can fill the void left by the selling of Friedel and Bentley.
I am not doubting the quality of the new signings, but Robinson has probably just had his worst Premiership season ever, losing his England place and now has everything to prove to restart his career. Simspon doesn't have any Premiership experience as well as Villanueva and both will definitely need time to cope with the team and the competition.
Ince himself will be up for a tough task in the Premier League as his short managerial career only includes working with Macclesfield and MK Dons in League two. After deploying a progressive plan with the least of budgets over the last few years, it all now seems too many changes in a very short time for Blackburn.
The Rovers' faithful are already having serious doubts if the club will be able to maintain their top half Premiership status without Hughes.
In these times were the number of foreign managers in the Premiership is continuously growing, we are always encouraging the introduction of young British coaches. However, the lack of experience should always be taken into consideration. Our clubs and young managers should be aware that they need time to develop and that radical changes might not always be on their side.
