Burnley seal Fletcher coup

Burnley boss has strengthened his strikeforce by snapping up Hibernian's Steven Fletcher for a club record £3million transfer fee.

The 22-year-old Scotland international has agreed a four-year deal at Turf Moor after scoring 51 goals in 189 appearances for the SPL side.

Ukraine international Andriy Shevchenko has been handed the chance to return to his homeland by Dynamo Kyiv.

The 32-year-old moved to Stamford Bridge just over three years ago from AC Milan but has failed to impress during his time in England.
