United’s Fabiano link cools
Sevilla's sporting director Ramon Rodriguez Verdejo insists there is no chance of Luis Fabiano moving to the Premier League next year.
The 29-year-old Brazil international was linked with a host of clubs throughout Europe in the summer but more recent rumours have suggested he could be on his way to Manchester United.
Verdejo told AS:"He is focused. I have listened to what he has been saying here and in Brazil, and he is happy at Sevilla.
"He made it to the national team because of what he has done here. Luis is no child, I imagine he lets these things go in one ear and out the other.
"I don't care about these links, today it's (Manchester) City, then it's Arsenal and after it's (Manchester) United. The stories have no continuity, no declarations from the clubs."
Luis Fabiano has scored 61 goals in 140 appearances for Sevilla since joining the club just over four years ago.
