The thing with derby’s is that you either love them or hate them, but there is no question that it is the one game of the year where the heart races a little faster and you become gripped with nerves.

I personally never enjoy them and feel they are tantamount to a rollercoaster ride when you go through all the high and lows, but find yourself relieved when it is all over. Last season we experienced one of the biggest rides of our life and I’m sure for the few hundred that remained, the sight of Lennon’s equaliser will rank as one of the best and most satisfying of yet.
