Anderson, Leto, Paletta were all were brought into the club and only made a profit on Leto while the other two were sold at a loss. I think it will take a few years yet and now that Rafa has complete control what happens if he is sacked or replaced? Do we go through a whole restructuring of the acedemy again with the new manager? Pacheco, Eccleston, Ayala, Kelly, Amoo will all prove to be better prospects. Jay will be sold for a mill in the summer as will Plessis (even though he revieved a new contract) I also like the way that the academy has become more profitable in recent times, people are not just leaving on a free now and we are getting a significant amount of money for them. Hammill, Anderson, Leto, Paletta, and the spanish right back are all good examples. Long gone are the likes of john Welsh (i think thats his name) being top prospects.
