Manager Harry Redknapp is beginning to believe that a place in the Premier League's top four is within Tottenham's reach this season.
Spurs moved up to third in the table following Saturday's 1-1 draw with fellow European challengers Aston Villa after stand-in skipper Michael Dawson fired home a deserved late equaliser for the north London club.
Redknapp has continually played down his side's chances of securing Champions League football despite some excellent performances this season.
But after seeing Spurs move ahead of the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal in the table, he conceded that a top four place might just be within their grasp this season.
"Who knows what is going to happen with regards to the top four," said Redknapp.
"Villa are going to be up there. The top two will probably be Chelsea and Manchester United, then will come Arsenal and Liverpool and then Manchester City, Villa and ourselves.
"One of us might break into the top four and it is not impossible for us to do it.
"It will be hard but we have got some very good players at this club."
