Fulham striker Andrew Johnson has vowed to fill the gap created by top-scorer Bobby Zamora's shoulder injury.

The Cottagers' 11-goal leading marksman is facing a lengthy spell on the sidelines with a dislocated collarbone picked up in the defeat at Stoke City on Tuesday.

Johnson is now hoping to pick up the slack alongside fellow fit forwards Erik Nevland and Diomansy Kamara.

"That was a massive blow for the team," said Johnson, who has himself only just returned to full-fitness following a groin injury.

"He's been fantastic and in the form of his life. His confidence was flying so it's up to me, Erik and Diomansy Kamara to carry on what Bobby's been doing.

"He's been fantastic and he's going to be missed. The boys have got to step in now."

Meanwhile, the Cottagers have been linked with a surprise move for Tottenham's out-of-favour Russia striker Roman Pavlyuchenko.
