Schalke striker Kevin Kuranyi has ruled out a move away from the club in the January transfer window.
The 27-year-old Germany international has been linked with a number of clubs in England, but now insists that he will be going nowhere until next summer at the earliest.
He told Bild:"Now I have the chance to make something big happen at this club. I will stay on because of this and because of (coach) Felix Magath.
"Felix Magath has forced me to be on top of my fitness. Under his guidance I have found back the keys to enjoy the game."
One of the Premier League clubs reported to be interested in Kuranyi are Sunderland, whose manager Steve Bruce is prepared to wait to try and get his man.
He added:"I think he'll wait to be a Bosman, I genuinely believe that. We're interested, but that's all.
"There are going to be 50 clubs I'd have thought who will be interested too. If you were him, would you come out now when you're a Bosman in four months?"
