Portsmouth have been ordered back to court by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs as their voluntary administration comes under increasing scrutiny.
Administrator Andrew Andronikou appeared unflustered by the surprise news but the fact that the Inland Revenue have forced their return to the High Court suggests that they are taking an especially hard line on the club.
"We're having to go to court to show that the debenture is valid," Andronikou told Sky Sports News.
"I don't understand the exact reason why this is, we're just following normal protocol.

"The club's representatives are due in court at 10.30 on Tuesday morning.
