Chelsea target Neymar: I want to stay at Santos

Chelsea are still some way short of completing the signing of Santos striker Neymar, according to the Brazilian teenager himself.

There had been reports that the 18-year-old had already signed a contract with last season's Double winners after being linked with a move to Stamford Bridge for much of the summer.

Santos have already rejected one offer from Chelsea for Neymar and Santos' president has threatened to report the Blues to FIFA because of their pursuit of the highly-rated player.

Neymar said:"I'm very happy to be linked with a great team, but Santos is my place at the moment. I want to stay at Santos, win more titles here and, who knows, leave in the future.

"The whole story that people are saying about Chelsea did not reach me until now. I don't know anything about it."
