Tottenham slump to defeat – Have Your Say!
I doubt there was a person in the land that would have predicted Tottenham’s defeat at White Hart Lane this afternoon, but such is the Jekyll and Hyde nature of the North Londoners, nothing can ever be guaranteed.
Harry Redknapp will undoubtedly be furious this evening and will be forever wondering how the same side who destroyed the Young Boys in midweek, can slump to defeat a few days later.
So where did it go wrong today, or was it simply just a bad day at the office?

Powder-puff finishers. Jermain Defoe is not good enough, Pavlyuchenko looks like he’s asleep most of the time and Peter Crouch will not have it as easy in the Premier League as he did against Young Boys. Where’s Keane?

It’s difficult to comprehend what happened today. if the ref saw the handball then we would of had a penalty. But as for their goal you will notice that Bale was anonymous for those three minutes that Wigan decided to attack in the 2nd half. King was pulled wide, Dawson covered for King and Kaboul wasn’t as quick coming back. We were sucker punched. I just wish Gareth could have had the gumption to stay back for a few minutes rather than leaving Ledley on his own like that.

Let’s sell Aaron Lennon, why do we keep taking him off.

We need a f**kin strikermate, 3 premier league games 2 goals both from our natural left back its a joke, Defoe cant do it against the big teams, pavlyuchenko is rubbish poor again today off the bench, keane is retarded plays like a pub player and crouch is just crouch.
We need strikers before the window closes otherwise we r stuffed, Huntelaar and Fabiano sell pav and keane and start with huntelaar and fabiano next game, I know im going over the top but who here believes any of our strikers are really good enough, they dont score goals.

OMG dont we badly need keeper.cb,and striker(s) to strengthen the squad, typical spurs inconsistancy we should be used to it by now!!!!

Yes, Harry should be furious – with himself! With fresher players like Keane, Pavlyuchenko, Dos Santos, Kranjcar, Bassong and Kaboul available, why did he only use Kaboul and retained the rest of the team that had only days earlier been involved in a pressure match against Young Boys? The team he put out looked jaded from the start.

Only words that come to mind is : WHAT THE F……
Did Harry tell his player: Don’t worry lads, this is easy…just make sure you don’t get injured, cause we’re in the Champions League, remember…” Did they have a plan at all???? In my opinion….Palacios is not good enough (anymore), Defoe THINKS he’s worldclass, and the fact is the only time he was close, was when he didn’t think he was…Crouch (thank for bringing us to the UCL) IS NOOOOOOOT EVEN DECENT…. We need a WORLDCLASS, STRONG, FAST, FANTASTICK FINISHING striker (Fabiano in my opinion) and a WORLDCLASS MIDFIELD GENERAL (LASS DIARRA imo) and a PLAN A AND PLAN B……get serious….

2 games at WHL no goals
1 game away 2 goals from Bale.
The window closes soon… we need to sell and buy big… or else we are toast.

Bloody pathetic. What an absolutely diabolical performance. I would seriously consider getting shot of Palacios right now. Someone said we need a keep, CB and stiker. We need a decent defensive midfielder too, urgently. Palacios was waaaaaay out of his depth againdst a very, very mediocre side in Wigan. A total shambles and they have just managed to set themselves up as a laughing stock among the other Sky Four(6?)Guess all the gooners are gonna lap this up.

Diarra, Fabiano and cover for left flank (Young) are my urgent calls. No wonder ‘Arry wanted Viera and is now going after Diarra. It’s crystal clear wht he thinks of Palacios. Mandale al tubo.
