Fulham travel to the DW stadium for a fixture that could have massive significance for the relegation battle when final point totals are drawn up in May.

Fulham’s results have improved massively over the last few weeks, and whilst they are only one point outside the drop zone, Mark Hughes should feel confident of maintaining the Cottagers’ Premier League status.

Roberto Martinez will not be feeling quite so confident. His team have been remarkably inconsistent this term, and forming predictions on their games is an absolute nightmare! The former Swansea boss has confirmed that the club are looking to send club record signing, Mauro Boselli out on loan for the rest of the season, a clear indication of the lack of goals befalling the Latics so far this season.

New signing Steve Sidwell will give fresh impetus to Fulham’s midfield plans, but with Wigan desperate to avoid what would be a disastrous defeat, I expect the sides to share the spoils.

Prediction: 1-1
