Every transfer window has its winners and losers. For every fantastic new signing or great piece of business, there are those who lose out and wish the whole affair hadn’t have taken place.

This summer’s drama that was the transfer window saw plenty of long running sagas, some of which seemed to never end. Finally, it’s all over and now we can just concentrate solely on football and on-pitch action.

Here are TEN of those negatively affected by the summertime antics of the transfer window.

Perhaps those like Spurs and Arsenal have consolidated at least until Dec31. In Spurs’ case, we’ve got some really hard-to-shift, expensive deadwood off our books, and bought in a good solid and proven player of some note. We’ve bought time, and despite the media frenzy and continual disruption caused by another rival illegally tapping up our player, we’ve held firm. So the season starts now, and we’re only a point down to the same teams than we were last season..Well you have to remain positive and look for the them, eh?
