Over a quarter of the season has now passed and the Premier League is taking shape with clubs understanding where they are at in regards to their squad and competition.

January is not too far away now and all 20 Premier League sides will know areas in which they wish to strengthen in the coming months.

With ample chance to establish themselves at their new clubs, new signings from the summer are being judged now on their form so far and what we can expect from them.

This is a look at some of the worst transfer dealings of the summer.
