Roberto Mancini has admitted that his Manchester City side will be in for a tough test when they take on Napoli in Italy on Tuesday night, but feels his side are up for the challenge.

The current Premier League leaders can ensure qualification to the knockout rounds of the Champions League with three points at San Paolo, but will be up against a dangerous and talented home team.

Walter Mazzarri’s men need to get a positive result to keep their chances alive, and Mancini is ready for his team to be put under pressure.

“The team is in good form,” he stated to reporters at a press conference ahead of the clash.

“Every game is difficult but we are playing every three days – it is hard. Tomorrow will be so different from the other games because it is the last chance for Napoli.

“It will be a very difficult game for us. For us it’s the first time so I don’t know if it will be possible but for this reason we want to try to get into the second stage and if we want to do this we should win tomorrow.

“After that anything can happen because we are a good team, we can improve a lot, but before we should think only regarding the game tomorrow,” he concluded.
