Arsenal, Spurs and Aston Villa have to accept it's now part of the game!

FanCast columnist Jerome
Johnstone
feels that it is time that clubs accept that ‘tapping up' is just part of the
game.

Tapping up of players is something that has been
going on for years. Whether it is done through an elicit meeting, player orchestrated
or openly within the media; it is something that will always continue and
really something that the authorities can do little to stop.
Time for clubs to follow Spurs' lead and form a cartel

Football
FanCast columnist Davis
Lowe applauds
the Spurs chairman for making a stand and feels that other clubs should follow
suit.

I don't think there was a football supporter around
who didn't echo the sentiments of Daniel Levy last night. The callus way in
which football clubs continue to ride roughshod over rules and regulations is
getting beyond a joke and you only hope the FA or Premier League make a stand and
make an example of these teams - then who knows, the game might just get some
sort of normality return.
A worrying summer transfer window for Spurs fans

New Football FanCast
columnist Oliver
Wright looks at Spurs' performance in the transfer window
and doesn't feel it is quite panning out as first thought.

The
summer transfer window is usually a time of excitement, and often ultimate
disappointment, for Tottenham supporters. We are constantly linked with a
plethora of the world's best flair players, which sets the imagination in
motion, only to never sign them.
Has Spurs boss got everyone lost in translation?

Spurs fans should appreciate what they have got

Football
FanCast guest columnist Sergio
Plassis feels it time
that Spurs fans appreciated what they have got.

Michael Robinson was asked the question when Juande
Ramos took the helm at Tottenham, what can he achieve in North London; the
response was simply anything they want. If the club want to challenge for the
title he can achieve it, play Champions League football he will provide it. The
ex Liverpool striker feels that Spurs had just landed one of the top5 managers
in the world and it was up to the club to back their man and let him deliver
success.
Where does Spurs' celestial duo rank among the greats?

Football
FanCast columnist Des
McCann looks at
the pairing of Keane and Berbatov and wonders where they rank in the club's
greatest strike partnerships of all time.

I'm sure that I am not the only Spurs fan who has
grown somewhat tiresome of the constant rumour and speculation that is
surrounding the future of Dimitar Berbatov and in more recent times Robbie
Keane. It is grating me to say the very least and why there is no question that
both Liverpool and Manchester United would be interested in our prized assets;
if we as a football club are serious about challenging the top 4 next season,
then it is vital we maintain the celestial duo - How do you replace 90 goals
and around 60 assists in the last two seasons?
