Leeds United are close to signing Juventus defender Frederik Sorensen, according to talkSPORT.
The Denmark U21 has been a target for the Yorkshire outfit for some time now and could make a £4m switch before the end of the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old joined the Serie A giants in 2010 but has spent the last two seasons with Bologna as part of a co-ownership arrangement.
But Juve decided to bring Sorensen back permanently this summer, despite their willingness to let him move away from the club.
Leeds are currently rebuilding their squad after seeing no less than 15 players leave Elland Road this summer.
Sorensen will be the club’s sixth signing ahead of their Championship opener away to Millwall this weekend.
