Looking forward to this game and feel that Leeds have a chance, especially being at home.

I would also expect Benitez to rest some of his star names after their recent travels, further enhancing Leeds chances.

In reference to Christy’s comment about it being good to see a smaller club have a chance in Europe. I agree but the main problem is they don’t have the squad to cope. Birmingham being a good example, as you rightly pointed out.

Even established Premier League teams struggle with balancing Europe and the Premier League.

I can’t imagine there are many Chelsea players looking forward to a feisty and no doubt physical encounter at Elland Road.

It won’t be pretty but I can see Leeds taking Chelsea to extra-time at the very least.

Hopefully Leeds win to give one of the smaller clubs a chance of European football. Then again, that didn’t really work out for Birmingham City did it. Either way, it’ll be good so see someone else get a bit of silverwear for once!
