No one likes losing a derby, particularly when you’re used to beating your arch rivals on a regular basis.
So when Newcastle succumbed to their third consecutive defeat to arch-rivals Sunderland at St. James’ Park on Saturday, you can understand the pain and anger going through the die-hard Newcastle faithful.
What made the result worse was the fact Alan Pardew had sold Yohan Cabaye days before and failed to replace him before the Transfer Window closed on Friday, leaving one fan feeling that he had no other option but to return his season ticket.
