Although Newcastle’s players look to be on their summer holidays already, the club’s supporters are still out in force, and today at Stoke some showed their anger at Alan Pardew’s management of the Magpies. The current St James’ Park chief has always been a man to divide option, and although he was backed by some fans after his shocking David Meyler head-butt, it seems patience is running out among the ‘Toon’ faithful. These supporters labelled Pardew a muppet in the Britannia Stadium stands, and it’s hard to argue with them after recent events.
