Time to know KJ's decision, stick or twist?

We now know that there is money available  to Kenny Jackett after bidding £1.5million for Chris Wood, but how much of that will go to other transfer dealings now that deal is off?

After the New Years Day games, the Lions find themselves in 7th places but only outside of the play-offs on goal difference. The players and manager said that the play offs were a realistic aim, but surely no one actually believed it?

It hopefully looks like a busy month in the transfer window for the Lions, but there are two positions that really need improving more than others and one of them certainly is the strikforce.

With Chris Wood moving on to pastures new at Leicester City it leaves 'Wall with only two recognised strikers, Henderson and Keogh, and let's be honest, Henderson will not stay fit for a entire season.

At the time of writing this it seems that Aaron McLean of Hull City will sign on loan until the end of the season, I'd be happy with that, he might not have set the world alight at Hull, but a typical KJ signing, a decent striker with something to prove.

Another striker that could come in is Simon Church from Reading, but seeing comments from some Reading fans saying "I'll drive him to Millwall myself, good riddance" doesn't exactly fill you with confidence. But I trust KJ.

We have bid £250k for Church, but it seems that wages could be a stumbling block. It seems he is currently on more than Chris Wood is at Leicester if that tells you anything.

Another position that needs reinforcement is left wing. Yes, Chris Taylor has made the position his own but if his latest injury does not heal naturally, he'll be out for rest of the season.

We really don't have another left winger besides Taylor. Scott Malone has played there in the past, but he seems very lightweight at points, and Liam Feeney? Well, less said about him the better!

The Lions have already enquired about re-signing Andros Townsend from Spurs on loan, but told he is unavailable. I believe that Jackett will go down the same route to fill the left winger position, a youngster from the Premier League.

Not only have the Lions got to sign a few players from other clubs, but they also have to extend the contracts of two very vital players of their own this season.

One player is Chris Taylor and although he may not have played much at the start of the season, since his league debut at Palace he has made the left wing position his own, he's strong, great with both feet, and a has decent shot on him.

The other player is the man-mountain Danny Shittu. He has been a revelation at centre back, nothing gets through him, well just look at how big he is, he is a true leader on the field, no wonder he is the captain while Robbo is out.

Both contracts are up in the summer, lets make sure they are signed up.

Lions fans, what players wold you realistically like us to sign?
