West Ham have completed a mixed bag of business in this January transfer window.

Angelo Ogbonna's season ending injury forced Slaven Bilic in to bringing in Southampton captain Jose Fonte for £8m before Dimitri Payet's eagerness to move back to Marseille had the Hammers raiding Hull for Robert Snodgrass in a deal worth £10.2m.

Payet completed his controversial £25m Marseille switch on Monday but now, on Deadline Day, some fans are calling for the club to reinvest that fee in two key areas of the squad.

It is no secret that West Ham have struggled to fill the right-back position ever since Slaven Bilic took the managers role 18 months ago, while recent reports of West Ham's seven-year search for a reliable goal scorer has fans demanding a big fee being spent on a striker.

Club insiders have today admitted that it is unlikely any deals will be done today as Slaven Bilic opts to save his transfer kitty for the summer, which will have the Hammers faithful scratching their heads at why two of the side's weakest areas have not been the club's priority this winter.

But if something was to happen today, which position would West Ham fans prefer to see strengthened before the 11pm transfer window deadline? A striker or a right-back?
