Europa League

Europe’s second club competition behind the Champions League, the Europa Cup sees some of the top club sides in Europe battle it out for European glory. Clubs from the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A and Bundesliga all feature and the prize of a European club trophy is not one to be sniffed at.

The compeitition that was formerly known as the UEFA Cup is in its relative infancy in this format, with La Liga’s Atletico Madrid the current holders and Juventus, Inter Milan and Liverpool the three most successful clubs in the tournament’s history, lifting the trophy nine times between them.
