This weekend we are unfortunate that there will be no Premier League action for us to enjoy amid a round of FA Cup fixtures, but don’t worry because you only need to wait until Tuesday to see your Fantasy Football assets in action.

However, many managers will definitely have one eye on Saturday and Sunday’s games, as an injury or a full 90 minutes could provide clues on whether a specific player is set to feature just two or three days later.

In the Capital One Cup on Wednesday, Manchester City star Kevin de Bruyne damaged ligaments in his knee that is set to force many to chop and change their squad, and who is to say that this weekend couldn’t provide us with another headache.

But afterwards, it’s important to see which clubs have a daunting schedule list ahead, as to avoid drafting in these stars as replacements for a potentially injured man.

Here we Forecast teams with BAD Fixtures in the upcoming gameweeks.

Sunderland

Sunderland dejected

Sunderland are not only in the relegation zone four points away from safety, but they have an incredibly tough set of games on the horizon.

The Black Cats face Manchester City (Home), Liverpool (Away), Man United (Home), and West Ham (Away) in their next four, with a point in any of those fixtures set to be considered a good result.

Patrick van Aanholt (4.7) has been a shocking revelation in defence, scoring an incredible four goals (although two were chalked off from the official scores) and one assist in the last four games. But with their harsh schedule and clean sheets unlikely, it is advised to look for alternative options.

Leicester City

Leicester City celebrate

Leicester City have been nothing short of incredible this season, with the Foxes sitting on top of the table three points ahead of second place Manchester City after last Saturday's 3-0 victory over Stoke City.

However, Claudio Ranieri’s men have some tricky games coming up that will truly test their resolve, starting with a home clash against Liverpool this weekend. Then, Leicester play two away games against title challengers Manchester City and Arsenal.

The stand-out performers this season for them are Riyad Mahrez (7.1) and Jamie Vardy (7.2), but many have opted to sell Vardy for the likes of Sergio Aguero (13.4) in recent weeks. And we see that as a good move, but you should definitely reconsider the England international for your forward line once again after this three-game hurdle.

Newcastle United

Newcastle dejected

Newcastle United may have been splashing money this month with the signings of Jonjo Shelvey (5.3), Henri Saivet (5.0), and Andros Townsend (5.8), but the Magpies could struggle to pick any points or Fantasy returns over the next few weeks.

Steve McClaren’s men travel to face Everton at Goodison Park this weekend, before games against West Bromwich Albion (Home), and Chelsea (Away). The Toon were also supposed to play Man City next, but that game is set to be rescheduled meaning a blank gameweek is on the cards.

Georginio Wijnaldum (7.0) has been the main source of points for Newcastle this term with many considering him to be a decent option in midfield, but it is advised against drafting him just yet due to their unfavourable games.
