Arsene Wenger continues to give very little away when discussing Arsenal transfers. Even with the recent injury to Nicklas Bendtner and the strain of playing almost every game this season finally hitting Olivier Giroud, the Arsenal manager refused to commit to spending this month.
But despite Arsenal having incredible wealth moving forward, Wenger remains keen on a bargain. Not only that, it’s the interest in picking up a mini project that will normally sway his decision. Fundamentally, though, Wenger will move for a player who he believes will best fit with his current group of players, regardless of price.
