Tim Sherwood has done an impressive job as Tottenham manager since the club relieved Andre Villas-Boas of his duties at the end of last year. The win at Manchester United will be likely give the squad the boost to push on for a top four spot.

But even with all the signings Spurs made in the summer, it’s not out of the question that the club will dip into the market again this January. There are still a few holes in the team and Daniel Levy seems unable to keep himself away from a good bargain.
