Danish wonderkid Christian Eriksen has six goals and ten assists in all competitions this season for Dutch champions Ajax.
Eriksen, aged 20, appears to be another Ajax player to leave the club before reaching his best years as he openly admits in the press he is not looking to extend his contract which runs out in 2013.
With creative flair, precision passing and an eye for goal, Eriksen has been on the radar for Europe’s top clubs, including many in the Premier League.
He has been linked with a move to either Manchester United, Arsenal or Tottenham and recently impressed with some strong performances in the Champions League, getting himself a goal against Manchester City.
Eriksen has told reporters he would rather make Ajax a bit of money than leave for free in the summer, suggesting he will almost certainly leave in January.
