AC Milan are looking set to table an offer for Newcastle defender Davide Santon and could even include Kevin Constant in the deal to bring their target to Italy, TalkSPORT reports.
Many other Serie A sides including Fiorentina and Roma have been monitoring the Santon recently, but Milan have been tracking him for the past few seasons.
The Italian defender has been playing at a consistent level ever since his move from Inter Milan back in 2011.
His versatility to play on both sides of the defensive line instantly make him a great asset to any team wanting to secure his services.
Santon made 26 starts for the Magpies this past season, with one as a substitute, bringing his total appearance tally to 82 in the English Premier League over the past three seasons.
Constant, who is Milan’s current left back could be part of the exchange, bringing him to play in England for the first time after spells with Toulouse, Chateauroux, Chievo Verona, and Genoa.
