Barcelona full back Daniel Alves has reiterated his happiness at the Catalan club and has no desire to leave, as reported by Sky Sports.
The Brazilian international’s future has been in doubt in recent months and a number of European clubs are rumoured to be interested including Arsenal and Juventus.
The 30 year old still has 18 months left on his current deal but the La Liga leaders are not sure if they are going to offer Alves a new deal in the near future.
Still a key member of the Barcelona squad, Alves is not interested in paper talk and is just happy to keep his head down and play football.
“My future always appears in the papers,” Alves told El Mundo Deportivo.
“But I live day to day and year to year. It is a pleasure that the big European clubs are interested in my work but for now, I am very happy here, I am very clear.
“If I sign a deal, I fulfil the contract as long as the two parties are happy.
“Today, I say that Barcelona are content with my work and they are positive, as am I.”
