Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Bernard has refused to shed any light on his future this summer until after the World Cup, according to The Sport Review.
The 21-year-old Brazil international has been linked with a move to Arsenal this summer, and was also a target for Tottenham last summer.
But the £30m rated star insists he does not want to speak about where he may or may not be playing next season and wants to concentrate fully on the World Cup in his homeland, although he did hint that he has asked his agent to find him a move away from Ukraine.
He said: “I made it clear since I arrived that I won’t comment about the possibility of a transfer as I am focused on the World Cup.
“It’s a unique moment in the career of a player, I want to mature and learn a lot here with my more experienced team-mates.
“I leave my off the field situation to be handled by those who have the right to do so without me.
“I don’t know after the World Cup, I have people to handle the off the field things.”
Bernard scored two goals in 17 league appearances for Shakhtar last term.
Manchester City are also rumoured to be interested.
