Chelsea are plotting a transfer for MK Dons wonderkid Dele Alli in their attempts to build up their academy, Mirror reports.

Born in Milton Keynes, the midfielder made his debut for MK Dons at the tender age of only 16.

And Chelsea are chasing the high rated youngster, having already represented England in the under-17s level.

Along with the Blues, Manchester City, Arsenal, and Liverpool are also keeping tabs with the intentions of luring the starlet away from his club this summer.

The 18-year-old has been one of MK Don’s key performers this term, managing seven goals and four assists in all competitions.

Dons manager Karl Robinson has admitted it will be difficult to keep their prized asset amidst all the interest from the Premier League’s top clubs.

Robinson believes that Ali is the best prospect player he has ever worked with, giving him his debut back in the 2012/2013 season.

The young player has already been labelled the ‘New Steven Gerrard’, and could grace the Premier League sooner rather than later.
