Crystal Palace legend Mark Bright feels that starlet Wilfried Zaha can be as big as Cristiano Ronaldo in years to come at Old Trafford.
The 20 year old winger joined Manchester United in January for £10million before moving back on loan to Palace and Bright believes United have got themselves another superstar.
The England international has been the stand out player in the Championship this season and is hoping to help the Eagles to promotion back to the Premier League.
Sir Alex Ferguson eventually got his man in January despite Arsenal attempting to gazump the deal and Zaha is expected to be part of the first team squad when officially arrives in the summer.
Zaha will be battling with Ashley Young, Ryan Giggs, Antonio Valencia and Nani for a spot in the United line up but with the number of games the Premier League leaders will play, he is expected to get plenty of game time.
Bright believes the sky is the limit for the Palace academy product.
“Manchester United have bought potential,” Bright told talkSPORT.
“He’s been so exciting these last couple of years and he’s got so much better.
“He potentially can be another Ronaldo. He’s got great skills. He can use both feet. He’s got excellent speed and great endurance as well. He’s learning and he’s played for England.
“He’s gone to the right club. You know you can’t hold onto someone like that and £10million plus add-ons is a good fee for him.”
