Ince spent the second half of last season on loan at Selhurst Park but failed to make much of an impact, playing just eight times for Tony Pulis’ side.
The England under-21 international is set to be out of contract at Blackpool this summer but the managerless Seasiders have offered a new big money to deal.
The hope from owner Karl Oyston is that even if their star man leaves, they will at least receive a small fee after Ince turned down an accepted £8million bid from Cardiff in January.
Palace are keen to keep the 22 year old in South London and so will also make a contract offer, with fellow Premier League clubs Hull, West Ham and Newcastle keeping tabs on the situation.
Ince will decide within the next two weeks on his future but it appears Blackpool may be the big losers in the deal.
