The transfer market in France has been dominated by PSG in recent windows; much like England was by City, but Monaco now have their own billionaire owner who wants to compete with the big boys.
Monaco are top of Frances equivalent of the Championship and if they are promoted, the owner Dimitry Rybolovlev will offer £35million for Nasri and Tevez.
Despite City struggling to compete for the title this season, Tevez and Nasri are not regulars in the starting line-up and now only make an impact from the bench.
Tevez only has one more year on his current deal at the Etihad and Nasri is happy to return to his native France to continue to improve their standard of football.
Ambitious Monaco attempted to lure City boss Roberto Mancini to the club last year as well as offering David Beckham a contract in December.
