Arsenal are on the verge of losing Lukas Podolski and Joel Campbell after representatives from Galatasaray have been in negotiations with the club over the potential buy, Daily Star reports.
Campbell’s future in the side still remains unclear despite Arsene Wenger revealing earlier that he was keen on keeping him.
He said: “I like the way he plays.
“He is good on the ball, creative and collectively as well he has a good balance between individual skill and collective attitude – that’s not easy to find and there is no reason to let him go.”
Apart from the 22-year-old Costa Rica star, the Turkish side are also said to be interested in World Cup winner Podolski.
It it said that there were positive talks over the possible switch for the German forward, who along with his international team mates will not take part in next weekend’s Premier League opener as they were allowed to have an extended holiday.
