The Premier League will have another break this weekend as attention is once again turned towards the FA Cup, with a number of top-class sides in action during the fifth-round.

Amongst the Premier League giants facing a tough task is Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham Hotspur, who enter their clash with an impressive Fulham side on the back of back-to-back defeats against Liverpool and Gent- the latter coming in the Europa League on Thursday evening.

Whilst Spurs will be the favourites to advance to the quarter-finals, Fulham, sat eighth in the Championship, will be keen to cause an upset at Craven Cottage on Sunday and BBC pundit Mark Lawrenson expects the Cottagers to frustrate their fellow London side.

Making his predictions for the weekend's clashes, Lawrenson said:

"Fulham are one of the most attractive teams to watch in the Championship. There is a lot of talk of 16-year-old left-back Ryan Sessegnon, who is an outstanding prospect, but Tom Cairney in midfield is a very good player. In Slavisa Jokanovic, the former Watford boss, they have a manager who really should still be in the Premier League as well."

"We are not quite sure what sort of team Tottenham will put out. They included Harry Kane, Dele Alli and other first-choice players from the start against Gent in the Europa League on Thursday night which might be a factor."

"I think Tottenham might struggle to get the job done at Craven Cottage, but I think they will come through a replay back at White Hart Lane."

Predicting a 1-1 draw at the weekend, Lawrenson expects Spurs to advance through to the final-eight of the competition following a replay at White Hart Lane but an additional fixture will not help Pochettino's side in their battle to land a top-four spot.
