Liverpool and Arsenal could be forced to look elsewhere for a holding midfielder after Yann M’Vila is said to have rejected the Premier League duo in hopes of playing for Inter Milan, Daily Star reports.
Arsene Wenger has been searching for someone to add defensive qualities in the middle of the pitch and M’Vila was always a prime candidate.
Brendan Rodgers also recently began scouting players that can help his squad compete in Europe as the French star is believed to be someone who can add much needed depth into his side.
However, both Napoli and Inter Milan are also chasing the Rubin Kazan ace, but it seems that he would be more interested in a move to Italy with Inter possibly leading the race to sign him.
Struggling to fit into the Russian set up, the 23-year-old was given only 23 starts ever since he joined the club a year and a half ago, and he could now be looking for a move away.
Rubin would be open to letting their man leave with an offer of around £12.5 after signing him from Rennes for £10 million.
