Liverpool and Manchester City could be open to a move for Juan Bernat, after the Valencia ace is yet to reach an agreement over his new contract, TalkSPORT reports.
The Spanish starlet played a major role for the La Liga side in the previous season, with the club doing all they can do retain his services.
Bernat only has a year left on his current deal and if a decision cannot be reached, the side could risk losing him on a free in the near future.
Sources out of Spain state that the 21-year-old, who can play anywhere along the left flank, is ready to make a switch with both Brendan Rodgers and Manuel Pellegrini keeping a close eye on him.
The managerial pair have continuously sent scouts to watch Bernat throughout their previous campaign and is tipped to take action should negotiations not improve.
Elsewhere, Tottenham and Seville are also said to be joining the race to acquire the services of the highly rated under-21 Spanish international.
