Liverpool’s Luis Suarez has revealed his intentions of returning to his former club Ajax sometime in the future no matter what happens, Metro reveals.
However the Premier League’s most lethal striker admits that the move wouldn’t be happening any time soon, with the Uruguayan striker is looking forward to playing for Brendan Rodger’s side.
Suarez stated that he would love to finish his career with the Dutch outfit that taught him all about football, which resulted in an amazing 81 goals in 110 games.
“I would definitely go back to Ajax,” he told Helden Magazine.
“Even if the coach there doesn’t want me, I’m going. Definitely.
“Ajax is very important for me: ideal club, taught me a lot, using both feet, playing with the ball and being a team player.”
The striker has had a sensational season this year scoring 31 goals for his club this season and helping his team concrete a Champions League spot.
