Liverpool have turned their attention to Barcelona forward Pedro to reinforce their already strong attacking line up in order to make them world class, Express reveals.

Brendan Rodgers looks to build on his recent tactics by signing more versatile attackers to add to his line up.

With news of a squad over-haul at the Camp Nou after announcing new manager Luis Enrique, Rodgers feels that the time is right to make an offer for the Spanish star.

And reports state that the Reds have already contacted Enrique’s side over the chance of striking a deal.

It is believed that Pedro would cost around £20-million, a reasonable fee due to his ability to fit right into the club’s game plan.

Liverpool are also rumoured to sign Southampton’s Adam Lallana, but with ongoing conflicts between his price, there have been little progress on that front.

However, the side really hope to acquire the service of Lallana before the start of the upcoming World Cup as they continue to negotiate the proposed deal.

If Liverpool don’t like Lallana price, someone else will. Move on Liverpool!
