Liverpool have not been short of goals this year having already put in 51 so far in the Premier League this season, second to only Manchester City who have 59 to their name.

Luis Suarez has been on song all season, bagging 22 already, and with the return of Daniel Sturridge Liverpool now have their full strength attacking force back. Both players scored against Stoke last weekend, helping Brendan Rodgers’ side to a 5-3 win over Mark Hughes’ outfit.

Villa on the other hand lost 2-1 to Arsenal earlier in the week but their record against Liverpool last year was something to be proud of. Not only did they beat Liverpool, they comprehensively outplayed them with Christian Benteke producing one of the finest individual performances on the season.
