Barcelona are ready to offload midfielder Alex Song for free this summer, alerting Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and Arsenal, Express reports.
Song has found in extremely difficult to break into the Barca first team ever since his switch from Arsenal two years ago, and is set for an exit with the Catalan club looking to let him go for free.
According to reports from Spain, Barcelona have tempted the Premier League trio into signing Song on a season long deal that included a £2million fee.
But with the La Liga giants looking to get rid of the 26-year-old’s £75,000-a-week wages from their expenses, they will drop the additional charge to entice a club into making an offer.
Song was the only unused substitute in Barcelona’s 6-0 friendly win over Leon on Monday after boss Luis Enrique already expressed that the former Arsenal man is surplus to requirements.
Last season, Song only managed to make 19 league appearances, with most of them coming from the bench.
The news will be a boost to Man United, Spurs, and the Gunners, who will battle it out to bring him back to the Premier League for free.
