Monaco are currently in talks with Manchester City over a potential move for Aleksandar Kolarov, who has been a regular feature in Premier League winning side, TalkSPORT reveals.
Kolarov played a major part in Manuel Pellegrini’s fight for the Premier League title this past season, but with only 12 months left on his current contract, the Sky Blues may want to cash in on the player before reinforcements arrive.
The Ligue-1 side, who are also looking for a new manager after parting ways with Claudio Ranieri, would like the chance to add the Serbian international to their ranks as they look to strengthen their squad.
He would be a great addition for the French outfit as they hope to bring in experience so that they can battle it out with rivals Paris Saint-Germain for the title in their upcoming campaign.
The City left back moved to England from Lazio back in 2010 and has featured in 30 Premier League matches this season, scoring one goal and assisting seven.
