Napoli manager Rafa Benitez has dismissed talk that his best players could be leaving Italy this summer, as reported by football-Italia.

Tottenham are set to make a move for former West Ham midfielder Valon Behrami as well as Arsenal keeping an eye on Gonzalo Higuain.

Jose Callejon is also interesting Liverpool but Benitez has laughed off these rumours and wants to keep all of his best players.

The former Liverpool manager impressed in his first year in Naples and wants to build something special at the popular Serie A side.

“We do not sell these players, whilst they have margin for growth, they can do more for us, and it is important to retain them,” Benitez has told reporters today.

“For the fans it is easy to say to say we are aiming for something.

“But we have to prove on the field that we can win against anyone, without fear, with the mentality to win from the beginning.”

What a crock of nonsense. Who writes this trash?
The last thing Tottenham needs is Behrami.
Spurs have a excess of midfielders with better talent. No chance (unless Rafa can convince Levy that it’s a “bargain”
