Celtic midfielder Kris Commons has ruled out the chance of him leaving Scotland this summer, as reported by Sky Sports.
The former Stoke and Derby playmaker has experience playing in the Premier League but feels he is better off staying with SPL champions Celtic, with the Champions League a huge part of that.
Recently promoted Leicester have earmarked the winger as a summer signing, with Hull, Burnley and Swansea also keen.
However, having been tipped as Scottish player of the year, Commons is desperate to stay north of the border no matter who comes calling.
“The grass isn’t always greener elsewhere, and I have already played down south,” Commons told the Daily Record.
“When you play in the Champions League and try to be competitive with Europe’s elite then that’s the biggest thing for me.
“I feel as though I have unfinished business in the Champions League.
“I don’t want to leave Glasgow. I love the people and I’m very happy here.”
