Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani has been removed from their away kit promotional poster, fuelling speculations over a move to Manchester United or Liverpool, Mirror reports.
Cavani was featured on the promotional poster for the home kit, but has been replaced by former Newcastle United midfielder Johan Cabaye on the away version released later.
The Uruguayan has been heavily linked with a move away from the Ligue-1 champions ever since January this year, reportedly frustrated having to play second-fiddle to Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Cavani also missed the Parisian side’s pre-season tour with a reported illness, which has added to rumours over an exit.
However PSG have denied any sale for Cavani this summer, yet it is believed that Man United boss Louis van Gaal and Liverpool’s Brendan Rodgers are still interested in the 27-year-old.
Liverpool have recently seen their deal for Queens Park Rangers striker Loic Remy break down, and with funds from the £75million sale of Luis Suarez still left to be used, could make a shocking move for the former Napoli star.
Cavani played 43 games for PSG last season, scoring 25 goals.
