Paris St Germain are ready to try and sign Hugo Lloris once more, after Tottenham confirmed the signing of Michel Vorm from Swansea City, according to the Daily Star.
The France international captain has long been linked with a move away from White Hart Lane, but only signed a five-year-contract extension with the club recently.
However, PSG have reacted with surprise to Tottenham’s capture of Vorm, and have taken it as a hint that they may need to boost their offer to land Lloris.
PSG boss Laurent Blanc is a big admirer of the France captain, and sees him as an essential signing in his attempt to build a Champions League winning side.
Vorm meanwhile, has established himself as one of the top goalkeepers in the Premier League over the past few seasons, and is desperate to hang onto his place in the Netherlands squad.
He is unlikely to settle for a place on the bench at White Hart Lane, leading PSG to believe the right offer will see them finally land their man.
