Queens Park Rangers are currently in discussions to sign Liverpool defender Jack Robinson, along with Lokomotiv Moscow midfielder Lassana Diarra, Daily Mail reports.
After two losses in their opening two Premier League games, QPR boss Harry Redknapp is keen to strengthen his back-line and is looking to bring Robinson in a £1million deal from Liverpool.
The 20-year-old spent a year on loan at Blackpool last season, and after playing 34 games has impressed several Championship sides into bringing the starlet on a season-long loan.
However the Reds have accepted a £1million bid from the Hoops, with Liverpool representatives travelling to London to conclude the switch,
Meanwhile former Chelsea and Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra is set to leave Lokomotiv Moscow after falling out with manager Leonid Kuchuk, resulting in the Frenchman not showing up for the Russian club’s training sessions.
Having played under Harry Redknapp previously at Portsmouth, the 29-year-old anchorman is also on his way to London to pen a deal with QPR before the transfer window closes on the 1st of September.
