Juventus have stepped up their pursuit of Romelu Lukaku amidst the fact that the striker is being linked with another loan move to Everton, Mirror reports.
With the recent two month injury to new signing Alvaro Morata, the Serie A giants have turned their heads to a loan move for the Belgian front man to have adequate cover in the attacking department.
Newly appointed manager Massimiliano Allegri is also said to be targeting free agent Samuel Eto’o after the Cameroon international played out his Chelsea contract.
Jose Mourinho is not looking to sell the likes of Lukaku, so a loan move to Italy is the best choice with Lukaku also expected to gain experience in the Champions League.
He already has the likes of Diego Costa and Fernando Torres amongst his rank as he looks to complete a deal to see club hero Didier Drogba back at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues boss believes that the 21-year-old player, who scored 32 goals in his previous two loan spells, would eventually become a top striker for his side, but is opting for him to gather first-team experience elsewhere first.
