It’s back to reality now for Michael Laudrup’s Swansea following their Capital One Cup triumph over Bradford at Wembley last weekend, and a win against visitors Newcastle today will keep the pressure on the chasing pack for a Europa League spot.

Newcastle’s new French contingent appear to be having a positive affect on Alan Pardew’s Magpies, but they have won just once on the road all season and still can’t declare themselves safe from the drop, despite winning three of their last four league outings.

Here’s how they will line up today:

Swansea: Vorm, Rangel, Monk (c), Williams, Davies, Britton, de Guzman, Routledge, Dyer, Hernandez, Michu. Subs: Tremmel, Bartley, Tiendalli, Lamah, Ki, Shechter, Moore.

Newcastle United: Elliot; Debuchy, S.Taylor, Yanga-Mbiwa, Santon; Tiote, Cabaye (c); Gutierrez, Sissoko, Gouffran; Cisse. Subs: Alnwick, Haidara, Perch, Anita, Marveaux, Obertan, Shola Ameobi.
